Adidas is upgrading its clothing for FW25
An exclusive look at the Winter Icons collection that aims to bring Asia exclusives to the rest of the world.
At the beginning of the year I was on one of my many evening internet dives when I stumbled upon a line of knitwear from Adidas that I instantly fell in love with. These pieces combined the brands classic elements while keeping things relative with the current fashion zeitgeist. Simply put, these were new styles that I have never seen before, and that was exciting that I new a lot of people would enjoy.
Excited to feature them on the blog, I quickly realized that there was no way to get these because they were exclusive to Asia. I posted them anyway because they are awesome and have continued to do so with other Asia exclusives. Unfortunately it sucks that we couldn’t purchase these in other parts of the world, but all of that might be changing soon.

By the way, Adidas in Asia is actually a completely different beast when it comes to clothing. They just had a runway show during Shanghai Fashion Week that was great. Really hoping to see this collection hit the rest of the world but the chances are slim.
Even though it’s all one brand, Asia and the rest of Adidas brand has its own markets, so there isn’t as much crossover as you might think—different exclusives per region, and it seems that Asia has some of the best ones. Anyway, it seems that the other markets liked what they saw happening over in Asia in terms of the apparel, because these and many new styles are going to be made available to more regions next month.
One day I came home to a box full of the new gear from the upcoming Winter Icons collection for FW25. There wasn’t any requirement or request to post about these from Adidas, which is nice because I only post about stuff that I actually like, not because a brand asks me to. I do like seeing the stuff I write about in-person to be able to form a proper and accurate opinion on the stuff that’s featured on the blog.
Obviously I think the new stuff is cool, and it’s awesome to see Adidas take notice by bringing the exclusive stuff to the rest of the world. So, I’m taking it upon myself to share the good word so you’re aware of what’s coming before everyone else does.
For the upcoming FW25 Winter Icons collection, Adidas is reimagining classic silhouettes under a new light to deliver a range of winter ready pieces at what I assume is going to be a reasonable price.
We’re talking new versions of the iconic classic tracksuits in funky fabrics, reversible Superstar Tracktops, and bringing in the now hyped Lunar New Year knits to Europe.
