And just like that we are wrapping up the first month of 2024. Even though we are all recovering post-holiday season, January is a pretty important month with Paris Fashion Week, a moment that gives us a glimpse of upcoming collections and collaborations. While this month’s Top 10 is pretty heavy on past and upcoming shoe releases, there are also a couple of garments that squeezed through to secure their spots in today’s newsletter.

10. POST ARCHIVE FACTION 5.1 JACKET RIGHT
Really digging the grey blue on this corduroy jacket from PAF. A really nice straightforward piece that would compliment anyone’s wardrobe.
9. EASTLOGUE AIR FORCE MOUTON JACKET
We don’t talk enough about the jackets by Eastlogue — a lot of timeless military inspired gear that’s built to last. This leather jacket is built for the coldest weather, which might not be for everyone but I know here in Canada it would do its job as intended.
8. STUSSY + OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP REVERSIBLE ZIP HOOD
Our Legacy and Stussy have done it again. Leather hood with a reversible sherpa on the inside? Say no more… wish that price wasn’t as insane but it doesn’t even matter because this piece ended up flying off the shelves in no time.
7. ROA CVO
Boot season is still in full swing, and it’s not too late to cop some styles late in the season. The ROA CVO has quickly become one of my favorite boot styles — Something about that reinforced rubber upper just does it for me (I have a similar shoe and that same rubber detailing has been a blessing that protects my feet from the wet and cold + it’s insanely easy to clean!)
6. PALACE FRUIT LIFE KNIT
Palace Spring 24 is starting out with a splash. I can always count on this brand to deliver some crazy knits and this season is no different. Rumor is this one will be dropping on their store this Friday, February 2nd… you’ve been warned!
5. 3SIXTEEN SQUARE TOE SIDE ZIP BOOT
Never been a better time to get right back into #menswear, and having options for a good side zip boot is always a plus because nobody wants to have the exact same boot on these streets — you know what I’m talking about. All we need now is a restock!
4. ADIDAS + SIZE? BW ARMY
Looks like Adidas is putting way more gasoline behind the BW Army for 2024… Size? has actually done another one of these recently, and now they are back with two additional colorways for the new year. No information yet, but expect to see more of the BW Army in the new year.
3. NEW BALANCE 1906R + SALEHE BEMBURY
I was surprised by the amount of hype these got, but after doing some thinking these might be perfect for the gym and other outdoor activities — it’s just not one of those shoes I can rock in a casual outfit, but that’s just me… it doesn’t mean you can’t pull a fit off though!
2. ADIDAS BOWLING + BRAIN DEAD
Looks like Brain Dead is diving back into the archives by bringing back the Adidas Bowling shoe… Am I surprised? Not at all because it was just a matter of time. As of right now it looks like the black pair might be the only colorway that may see a public release date, but nothing is confirmed just yet.
1. HARTCOPY + ADIDAS BW ARMY
Way too many people out there saying Margiela invented the GATs and that’s low key pissing me off… come on bro! You have to do some research before you start saying nonsense. If you didn’t know Adidas is the OG that created this model, and anything after it is nothing but a copy. Anyway, based on the Samba hype this was just the natural next move for Adidas and I’m definitely excited by this really straight forward collaboration with Hartcopy. No release information just yet, but it should be coming soon!
