We are wrapping up the year with the first edition of the hottest items of the year list, better known as 100 Items Of The Year! The release calendar was filled with heat this year, and while a hundred items aren’t enough to capture what fashion was like in 2023, it does help us capture a moment in time.

Let me break it down for you. Today’s Top 100 isn’t rank-based, it’s more of a list that features some of the most popular items that were posted on the SNL Instagram page this year — keep in mind that we are just scratching the surface with this list because we had a lot of really great releases that could have easily made today’s list. Throughout the year readers were casting their votes via Likes, which helped me decide on the items for this list. I wanted to use this moment to reflect on what we’ve talked about across the year as a community, what pieces grabbed our attention the most this year, and put it all in one place for all of us to enjoy.
