It’s not the list per se just the boring repetitive, identical and stale nature of fashion itself.
I think you’ve done an alright job here just maybe would say it feels it lacks any variance - asics trainers, those same old boots, and then what I feel are just average pieces which are only there because of the brand / collaborators or bc of industry politics/hype.
Maybe you could have played it less safe but that’s merely my opinion - I think you’ve done did an ok job out of another boring year.
Ah yes those poor corporations that own these brands registering the highest profits they’ve ever recorded, pricing the clothes they sell at the highest they’ve ever been while they continue to short their customers on quality so they can get a bigger pool. No, it’s capitalism, merely enshitification. It’s banal and without substance
Maybe the high-end brands, but that’s not the case for the independent brands that had their costs change overnight due to tariffs and rising manufacturing costs
Took your Paris list on my trip to the city of lights. Found so many people who appreciated the shout out! Thanks for all the help getting styled this year. Have a happy new year!
This feels like a very disappointing list, it feels like this year has been pretty awful in general
I’m curious to know what items should be on that list

Well that’s just fashion at the very core at the moment. Not a lot of opportunity to take risks when money is on the line
