We got a loaded one this week. A new patchwork seersucker shirt from 3sixteen, a collaboration between Salomon and JJJJound that I wouldn’t mind adding to my collection, a look at the upcoming jerseys from Sedan All-Purpose in collaboration with Dreamcast and where you can buy them outside of Japan, where I’m buying Italian crafted garments on sale this week, a look at the new outerwear bangers from sacai, and more.
JJJJOUND + SALOMON
I’m not afraid to admit that I have never worn a pair of Salomons before. Not sure why because something like the XT-6 is actually a pretty good shoe in this current market. It’s most likely because I didn’t hop on them before they became a staple in what feels like everyone’s closet by now. And now, it just feels like I might be a bit late?
With that being said, the upcoming Jound + Salomon collaboration might be enough for me to actually get around to trying a pair of the XT-6 for the very first time.
The black with the red detailing has to be my favorite, although the yellow and blue is also a solid choice—it’s also nice that they are offering an option that’s a bit louder in color this time around when usually we’re used to tamer and more simple colorways.
OVERDYED PATCHWORK SHIRTS BY 3SIXTEEN
There’s still time to properly pull a summer fit off. 3Sixteen just dropped news about an upcoming release on this overdyed patchwork shirt I’m obsessed with. Constructed using various cottons and paired with seersucker panelling for some extra texture. The overdye gives this piece a washed feel that’s more broken in and that will continue to age as you live in it.
